Job description
We are looking for a bubbly and friendly individual to join a great team in a Yardsman position for a building supplies company located in Mount Maunganui.
Previous experience within the building supplies/construction industry preferred but not essential. This role will consist of being in the yard picking items such as timber and in the store picking items such as nuts, bolts, screws.
A high level of accuracy is required for this role as orders need to be accurate and ready to go on time. You will know how to use a computer, but we don't require you be an expert!
Your duties include but not limited to:
* Computer use
* Picking materials from yard and store
* Heavy lifting
* Answering the phone
* Customer service
* Sales
* Stock take
* Filling job orders
* Providing advice to customers
You will also be required to help out all teams members/areas of the business when short staffed.
