Seeking a motivated and reliable yard assistant to join a small team based in Greerton.
You will be assisting in sandblasting and paint set up, ensuring the yard is maintained to high standard and forklift operation.
This role offers an opportunity to be trained within the industry and develop your forklift skills.
Primary Duties:
* Assist team members to set up steel products
* Racking steel products
* Assisting within a loud and dusty environment
* Maintaining the yard to a clean and tidy standard
* Broom work to clean away debris
* Forklift operation – load and unload steel products in the yard
* General yard duties given by your supervisor
What you need to be a successful candidate:
* Forklift experience and F Endorsement preferred
* Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
* Good level of physical fitness
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent health and safety behaviour
* Looking to grow with a small and positive minded team
