Overview:

• Pay rate: competitive rates, paid weekly
• Requirements: W,T,R endorsements
• Environment: Outdoor work, Suburban and highway exposure
• Start Date: Immediate Start preferred
• Hours: Monday - Friday with some Saturday work up to 50 hours per week in peak season

  The Role:

  We are currently looking for skilled machine operators for our national client who are working on major projects within the Taranaki Region. The civil season is about to ramp up and in peak season you can work up to 50 hours per week.

  The positions will be suited for an all-rounder operator where you will hold W,T,R endorsements.

  You will need to be able to:

  • Operate Machines which include; tractor broom, rollers and excavators
  • Not be shovel shy as these positions are Labour intensive
  • Be able to do a variety of tasks like; filling pot holes through to general maintenance
  • Have the ability to understand the correct and safe use of machinery
  • Have an eye for detail and have an understanding of how a road is built

    Requirements to work for OneStaff:

    • ID required; Passport OR NZ Birth Certificate & Driver's License
    • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol test
    • Must have reliable transport
    • CV, Relevant Certificates or License (i.e. forklift or site safe passport)
