Job description
Our client are a locally owned and operated, MTA certified tow bar specialist. Until recently they were the only MTA assured member specialising in towbars!
Experiencing sustainable growth, they are looking to add a Workshop Manager to their tight knit team in Hamilton.
Providing a range of services including design, build & install of towbars, a frames and car dollies they are seeking a hands on Workshop Manager who has an excellent ability to plan work and lead a small team.
You will have:
* The ability to form strong productive relationships
* High mechanical aptitude
* Experience in fabrication, welding or trailer assembly
* Experience leading a team
* Clear communication both written and verbal
* Strong Quality Assurance skills
* Be able to operate as apart of the senior management team
