Responsibilities:
* Supervising staff and the scope of works,this is also a hands on role when required.
* Health & Safety, Environmental and QA . Implementing site specific plans, conduct regular toolbox meetings and carry out audits.
* Reading of plans and specifications.
* Forward planning
* Working in different ground conditions.

The role would suit a candidate who has extensive experience as a Foreman on civil construction sites, particularly large drainage sites. Excellent communication skills, man management and the ability to work unsupervised are essential.
