Our client is looking for a Workforce Planner to join their busy team undertaking effective resource planning to ensure smooth running of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:

Updating roster changes

Liaising with various teams ensuring all schedules are assigned

Responsible for the performance management of your team

Payroll administration
-
Analytical reporting
-
Team Development
You must have:
-
2 years’ experience in a similar role
-
Excellent communication skills
-
An eye for detail
-
Great organizational skills
-
Experience with computerised logistical planning/management tools
-
Microsoft Office Efficient
-
Ability to pick up new systems, fast
-
A high level of numeracy and literacy skills
