Do you have at least 2 years’ experience in Logistics, Planning and Analytics? This could be your next big move!

Our client is looking for a Workforce Planner to join their busy team undertaking effective resource planning to ensure smooth running of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating roster changes
  • Liaising with various teams ensuring all schedules are assigned
  • Responsible for the performance management of your team
  • Payroll administration
  • Analytical reporting
  • Team Development

You must have:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Great organizational skills
  • Experience with computerised logistical planning/management tools
  • Microsoft Office Efficient
  • Ability to pick up new systems, fast
  • A high level of numeracy and literacy skills
