Be the key member of a Customer Contact Centre Team in one of New Zealand’s largest transport providers!

Our client is looking for a workforce analyst to join their busy team undertaking effective resource planning to ensure the businesses budgeting goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Call forecasting and budgeting   
  • Completing contact centre rosters   
  • Providing performance reports    
  •  Payroll administration 

You must have:  

  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail   
  • Great organizational skills    
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office    
  • A high level of numeracy and literacy skills
