  The position of Web Developer encompasses the following major key accountability areas:

  1. Video Production
  2. Technical Support / Knowledge
  3. Supporting and developing our social media campaigns

     WEB DEVELOPMENT

     • Ability to create new websites, from initiation to final concept.
     • Manage content
     • Manage Hosting & deployments

       Pre-Production

       (Event, Product & Training Videos, Web based content)

       • Assembly of digital assets through the gathering of information from various stakeholders
       • Designing assets for inclusion in video

         Production

         Work closely with team to achieve the desired outcome

         Creativity

         • Visually engaging the video audience to deliver what is required for the audience.
         • Ability to work in a variety of programmes
         • Effectively managing time to ensure on time achieved throughout the year for all production.
         • Positive feedback from audience and key stakeholders

           Social Media

           • Proven track record in creating, posting and growing social media platforms as follows but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter

             EXPERIENCE IN

             • Strong HTML and CSS Knowledge
             • Experience working with Adobe Products: XD, Photoshop, illustrator
             • Deep JavaScript knowledge with solid experience in React JS and Gatsby
             • Working experience with Azure dev ops and deploying websites with CI/CD.
             • Good working knowledge of Git.
             • Experience with Object-Orientated Databases like MongoDB
             • Any experience with the Firebase product suite: Hosting, Storage, Databases, Authentication, Cloud functions.
             • Any experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, TwilwindCSS
             • Any backend experience with ASP.net PHP (Twig or Symfony) or Node, experience would be beneficial.
