We are currently seeking an experienced warehouse team leader with proven experience of managing in the freight forwarding industry to join this growing company. Reporting directly into the warehouse manager, this is a hands-on position where you will be leading from the front and working alongside the team to coordinate export and import freight.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervise a small team
• Oversee the Inwards/outwards goods operations
• Ensure compliance with all freight documentation
• Liaise with internal departments
• Warehouse administration using in house software.

  The role would suit someone who is ready to build on their existing experience and take on more responsibility through leading a team.
  
  To be successful:

  • Minimum of two references from a similar position
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Clean criminal history
  • Current reach and counterbalance certificates

    Due to the demands of export freight, the successful candidate must be willing to be flexible in regards to working hours as some overtime may be required.
