One of our valued clients based in the Hastings area are on the hunt for a "Warehouse Storeperson" to join their Manufacturing team in an ongoing capacity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

What will you be doing;

• General warehouse duties (preparing orders for dispatch, processing incoming stock & parts, storing stock away in warehouse)
• Operating a forklift to move stock around facility and load and unload trucks
• Liaising with production to ensure they have all the equipment they need

  What skills and requirements will you need for this job;

  • Must hold a current OSH forklift certificate
  • Previous forklift driving experience
  • Previous warehousing experience
  • Must be good with numbers
  • Be fit and healthy as you will need to manually handle some stock
  • Excellent communication & organisation skills
  • Be able to work 10 hour days, 5 days per week - 6am to 4pm Monday to Friday
  • Must be able to pass a pre employment drug test
