Calling all logistics or business students who are looking for some practical distribution, logistics or warehousing experience.

Our client is a small but significant distributor of whiteware and household goods in Auckland. With the warehouse/storeman going on a well deserved holiday, we are looking for a quick thinker who is hands on, self managing and has an eye for detail.

The role

• Picking, packing and sorting goods ready for dispatch
• Using the courier databases to enter in stock for collection
• Liasing with the office administrator and couriers on daily stock
• 7:30 to 4:30 - flexible
• $22 plus per hour
• East tamaki based - Harris Road

  about you

  • Fast learner to pick up the systems and processes
  • Accuracy and attention to detail to pick the right orders
  • Data entry and computer system experience eg. Toll
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
