Each year they provide disability equipment and services to over 100,000 New Zealanders. We have vacancies for a Warehouse Person/Repairer in their Palmerston North branch.

The opportunity:

You will be joining a small team who are passionate about people, who work hard to provide a professional, high quality service to internal and external customers. We have vacancies for a Warehouse Person/Repairer in Palmerston North who will champion our client's goals.

Reporting to the Team Leader your core responsibilities include:

  • Managing internal inventory (both inwards & outwards goods);
  • Ordering and purchasing supplies;
  • Administration of the equipment store;
  • Customer focussed to ensure high quality is achieved to customers & service providers;
  • Cleaning, repairs, maintenance and refurbishing of equipment;
  • Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers;
  • Delivery, installation and setup of equipment;
  • Collection and return of equipment.

    About you:

    • Health & Safety conscious and complies with policies/procedures;
    • Sound computer knowledge;
    • Can work unsupervised/and be a team player;
    • The ability to plan and organise;
    • A person who does mind repetitive aspects to a role;
    • Must be able to lift 17kg's;
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Current & clear driver's license.

      Hours of work are 8.00/8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We will only be accepting applications from people in New Zealand, with valid working rights.
