Our client is a well-known manufacturer in region for the building material industry. They have a brand new production site and they are looking for a Warehouse Manager to after the newly put-together warehouse team.

Your main function will be to manage the medium-sized team of inward goods and dispatch personnel and ensure the optimal daily operation of the warehouse. In addition, you will monitor and make improvement to warehouse processes when required, as well as keep track of inventory and stock level using their ERP system.

This is a hands-on role and we are looking for candidates with good leadership skills first and foremost and good practical warehouse experience.

* Experience working in a warehouse supervisor/ team leader/ manager role is essential
* Strong leadership skills and proven experience in coaching and training others
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience in using ERP or inventory management systems
* Experience in manufacturing is preferred
* Able to problem solve and work at a fast pace
* Health and safety concious
