About the role

My client has been operating successfully for over 30 years and operates across the globe as a leader in their industry. Specialist providers of Networking, Security, Contact Centre and IP Technology, they are looking for a Unified Communications Engineer with deep experience and knowledge in Cisco and related technologies, as well as experience in a client facing role to join the team.

Skills & experience required

• 5+ years’ experience in a UC Engineering role
• Strong experience with Cisco technologies
• Experience with on-premise and cloud based solutions
• Experience working with Enterprise sized clients
• SIP knowledge and experience
• Cisco Unity
• Cisco Unified CCX
• Cisco CUCM
• Cisco FindIT
• Cisco collaboration services
• Cisco QRT
• Telco Integration experience
• Strong client facing experience
• Related qualifications/certifications (Ideally)
