Your main work area is a physical role of installation and maintenance and a significant focus must be placed upon keeping a very high standard of work and efficient work methods for all installations and maintenance of natural and synthetic lawns.

It will be necessary to travel out of town for work purposes and overnight trips may be required. In this role you need to work with and answer to the turf manager.


The basic requirements for applicants are:

* Full NZ driving licence -car preferably with heavy trade
* Tracks wheels roller licence
* Computer literate
* Grow Safe Approved handlers ticket

Your personal qualities will be:

* A flexible approach in terms of work, changes and participation
* Self-motivation to work equally well on own and in liaison with others
* Enthusiasm for their work and a desire to provide high level of workmanship
* Professional manner & desire to develop strong client relationships
* Ability to work with a wide range of people

Experience in turfing and drainage is a great advantage as is experience in using basic turfing equipment and small diggers.
