Our client is growing and now requires an experienced transporter truck driver to join the team.

About the Role:

• You will be responsible for transporting equipment to and from site and driving a 4T tip truck and water cart when required.
• Completing daily paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• You need to be flexible with work hours when required. Due to traffic and job locations early starts and late finishes will be required.
• You will be required to be versatile and be willing to help on-site when required. Eg: Operate rollers, loaders, plate compactors and assist civil crews when required.

  The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Heavy equipment and plant transport experience
  • Class 4 licence + WTR
  • Knowledge of weights and regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be health and safety focused and be able to complete daily pre-start sheets.
  • Ability to work unsupervised Have a can do attitude
  • Be a team player and willing to get stuck in
