Job description

Your role is to efficiently and effectively provide finance and administration support to the Accounts Supervisor with a strong focus on customer service and having the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internal and external.

Some of your duties and responsibilities of the role are:

* Prepare and process weekly invoices and email to clients within set time frames

* Weekly and monthly accounting reports

* Answer phones and direct calls

* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients, contractors and suppliers requirements are actioned and responded to

* Filing, scanning and data entry as required along with other general administration duties

* Ensure that all company policies and procedures at met

You will have:

* Proven finance experience with debtors, creditors, and monthly accounts

* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

* Proficient experience using Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel and Word

* Remarkable Attention to Detail

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, stay focused and meet deadlines
