This role will see you:
- Deal with all walks of life as we register hundreds of staff each week
- Screening applicants both over the phone and face to face
- Handling candidate compliance, MOJ checks, drug testing and references
- Weekly timesheet collection and data entry
- First point of call for candidates and clients
- Answering calls, running inductions, PPE / safety gear issuing
- Helping with Consultant’s overflow interviews, general admin office duties
- Handling general enquiries form both candidates and clients


The successful candidate will have the following skills / attributes / experience:
- Work experience while studying
- Be highly organised and be customer service focused
- Attention to detail is a must
- Calm by nature yet can handle the fast pace of our industry
- Well presented
- Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Treat others how you wish to be treated – with respect always
- Be part of a fun, large, vibrant and diverse team
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and have no criminal convictions
