We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, customer-focused TMP Designer for our client with offices throughout the Bay of Plenty.

As the TMP Designer you are responsible for creating an environment that reflects the safety-oriented culture of our client.

Working closely with our clients customers to meet their requirements, your role will be to help maximise profits, create efficiencies whilst consistently striving for improvement.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

* Drafting all required Traffic Management diagrams for the company within required time frames, proforma documentation detailing all information to
the work area and ensure all documentation meets required legislation
* Ensuring high levels of service are delivered for new and existing clients
* Management, design, and submission of Traffic Management Plans
* Strengthen our clients leading position within the region for delivering Traffic Management services
* Ensuring TTM planning and methodologies are effective and consistent with Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management (CoPTTM) and local Road Controlling Authorities (RCA) rules and regulations
* Building and maintaining high quality relationships with leading contractors in the area

We are looking for someone who:

* Has a passion for Health and Safety
* Is a team Player
* Is superb with staff and customer relationship management skills
* Has fantastic written and verbal communication
* Has great organisation and planning skills
* Has the ability to prioritise
* Has a background in Traffic Management (essential)
* Is available to work Monday to Friday, and weekend work if required from time to time
* Is able to pass a pre-employment drug test
