Traffic controllers needed! No experience? No problem!

Our client is a house hold name in Civil Construction which requires traffic controllers as an integral part of their road improvement operations.

The positions available calls for candidates to be responsible for all differing traffic and pedestrian management, duties include setting up site and pack down as well as pedestrian and traffic control. Candidates are required with all levels of experience, those with their traffic control level one ticket and people who are new to the industry.

What is required?

  • Must have a Traffic Controller level 1 (minimum) certificate
  • Must have own transport to get to site at 6.00am
  • Need to be physically fit, you'll need to lift cones & signs (which can be quite heavy!)
  • Will have a high regard for Health & Safety - you will be working on construction sites & on busy roads
  • Will be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Will need to provide two references

    If you have Traffic Controller levels 1-3 or STMS level 1-3 please apply! These are positions are essential to the safe progression of the site, although these positions start out as temporary after proving yourself as reliable through a good record of attendance and enthusiastic attitude there is potential to progress into a permanent position.
