Our client, a well-known trades and building supplies company is on the lookout for a passionate leader for the trades team in their Tauranga branch.

You will come armed with knowledge, either hands on or from a similar role in the building materials industry and enjoy a busy environment. Bonus points if you have a current forklift license!

Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Leading a team of 12 trades sales assistants
* Utilising effective selling techniques
* Recommending products to customers
* Manage issues that may arise with customers or team members
* Drive a strong culture of health & safety
