We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person who thrives in a busy environment to work on the trade counter at our Mount Maunganui Branch.

Responsible for:

  • Exceptional customer service at our trade counter
  • Assisting customers with sales orders and returns
  • Answering phone queries
  • Restocking shelves
  • Assisting in the warehouse as required

    You will need:

    • Experience in a customer service role
    • Excellent communication skills
    • A quick learner, adaptable and can be flexible
    • The ability to multi-task while remaining calm under pressure
    • Willingness to learn
    • Hands-on type person, as well as fit and healthy
