Job description

We are looking for a TMP Team Leader to join an amazing Traffic Management Company in Hamilton. Based at their Head Office, you will be expected to execute the design and submission of Traffic Management Plans using RapidPlan software.

This role will be busy and varied, offer daily challenges, and will give you an opportunity to show-case your excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.

Duties and responsibilities could include, but not be limited to:
* Ensuring LTSA, NZTA, and CoPTTM requirements are adhered too.
* TMP preparation and submission to Clients and Branches within a few days.
* Growing and maintaining TMP output within the division
* Forming and maintaining customer relationships.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction is at a maximum
* Review check sheets and keep content updated
* Manage, Lead and develop TMP team
* Monthly Reports to GM

The ideal candidate will be someone who has, or is working towards, gaining their TTM Planner qualification. You will be good at Planning & Organising and able to utilise time effectively and efficiently. You will be someone who is able to relate well to all kinds of people inside and outside the organisation and willing and able to work on a shift roster between 7am and 6pm.

You will also need to be skilled in Technology & Processes - you need to be able to demonstrate your ability to use appropriate tools, processes and technology to complete work tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.

You will have Traffic Management Experience and an understanding of traffic management plans, with an ability to analyse plans and teach junior planners.
