This entertainment business is looking for a Sales and Technology expert to join their team.
If you have experience within the hospitality and events industry, I want to hear from you. This role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, an understanding of technology and high levels of customer service.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience within hospo, tourism or events
- Identify sales opportunities and promote the services of the business
- Follow up on sales leads
- Attend networking and promotional events
- Be able to provide high levels of customer service, and may even have a sales background
- Be able to chat with a variety of different people
- Be technologically apt, preferably with AV equipment
- Provide support to the manager and step up as required
- Help set up functions, events and conferences
- Set up and take down audiovisual equipment
- Oversee the hiring of additional equipment
- Provide administration support, including quotes and invoices
- Have a full NZ drivers’ licence
- Have impeccable presentation – you will be working in upmarket environments
