Technical Representative

  My client is a multinational company and a leader in the commercial and residential pool solutions industry. The company is expanding and they are on the lookout for a technical representative to service clients. As a Technical representative, you will:

  • Provide technical advice to customers and carry out installations and repairs
  • Promote good relationship with external customers (dealers, distributors and customers)
  • Provide information to customers to enable successful sales and usage of products
  • Conduct training sessions with customers
  • Provide merchandise support instore to promote the brand
  • Support Marketing and sales initiatives

    To be successful for the role, you must have:

    • Technical and sales experience (pool industry desired)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Can work autonomously
    • Systems knowledge (ERP/ CRM)
    • Immediate availability a plus!
