I am urgently seeking a Technical Lead for a 10-month contract with an ASAP start for a government client. This role will require someone who the client  can trust to pick up the work and run with it. They will oversee the network design and will be expected to design and deliver a data centre migration.

To be successful for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Be responsible for the technical network design for the new sites
• Experience designing and delivering the data centre migration
• Lead the decommissioning a data centre
• Be the technical contact point for our ICT vendors and dependent programmes of work
• Be required onsite during the moves to ensure the smooth transition from site to site
• Not be afraid of getting stuck in and hands-on to problem solve and get things done
• Be required to travel to Auckland periodically
• Establish and maintain key relationships within the organisation and the vendors
