Job description

We are searching for a Dispatcher, to join our client in their Tauranga offices. Experience in dispatch is highly desirable, however not essential.

You will be tasked with ensuring technical dispatch is carried out to a consistently high standard.

* Receive client requests
* Log jobs and dispatch staff to the site
* Update systems with accurate information and job details
* Monitor live jobs and action any additional requests
* Accurately enter data to track job performance
* Communicate with external and internal stakeholders
* Provide administration support to Performance Manager to ensure effective and efficient office operations

Desirable skills/ experience:
* Commercial experience in using dispatch system and managing field crew
* Solution driven
* Knowledge of JDE & Workbench systems (preferred) but can be given training
* Proficiency in Word, Excel & SharePoint with the confidence to pick up new systems quickly
