Job description

The business we are working with is a leading NZ Business in the CBD and are looking for a Technical Customer Support person to join their high performance team. In this role, you will be dealing with customers and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders around telecommunications projects. There is a high level of coordination, customers and administration. The right person would need to have a strong blend of these role and bring their top game.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven Experience in a Customer Service role in a Call Centre
  • Inbound or Outbound Experience (Desired)
  • Experience within technical roles would be desirable
  • System Savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Willing to work hours between 7am to 7pm, 5 days per week
  • Friendly and Willing Attitude
  • Valid New Zealand Visa (Working Holiday or Work Visa) for at least 6 months
