They are now focusing on the next phase of building features for their products, as such are seeking an experienced and respectful Tech Lead who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into in, to develop and support world class product with a cross functional team.

To achieve this, we need a considerate, co-operative, respectful, and experienced Tech Lead who is not afraid to get into the thick of it all, to develop and support world class products with a cross functional team, using state of the art AWS technologies.

There will be lots of collaboration, brainstorming, idea generations, blameless postmortems, brainfood learning sessions, and heaps of reward and recognition.

You will be heard, your opinion understood, your input valued and your knowledge respected when you work with a team of high-caliber people with a drive to do-it-right.

If you are looking to step out of your comfort zone, build products using microservices, SPA, Backend for Front end APIs, AWS technologies and challenge yourself to become better, this role is for you.

Skills & experience required

As an experienced Tech Lead, you will possess the following skills:

  • Senior or Principal level skills in C#.NET, Javascript/Typescript), ReactJS, SQL, Microservices, AWS (TDD should be your go-to)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to share knowledge, eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to coach and mentor more junior team members

Candidates with work experience in New Zealand will be given preference, and the right to work in NZ is essential.
