This is a great opportunity for someone to take their impeccable admin skills to the next level in a high performing organisation

I am looking for someone who is organised by nature, who can join this organisation and assist with executive support and general administration as required. You will be working closely with the CEO and will also be required to guide other support staff.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have extensive administration experience
  • Have experience with event organisation and set up
  • Be a skilled minute taker (this is a requirement)
  • Prepare and distribute board papers and agenda
  • Coordinate catering, travel and accommodation bookings
  • Help to organise the annual conference and teleconferences
  • Manage room bookings
  • Be competent with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Prepare reports and documentation
  • Meet and greet visitors as required
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to communicate with people at a range of different levels
  • Be happy to pitch in where needed
