The Team Leader Sales Support manages the Sales Support Team and supports the wider sales team. You will need to attend and manages all new customer and account queries via inbound calls, email online messages and provide the customer with relevant information. To be successful in this position you would need to be very organised and like to provide structure by implementing new process, general improvements and have great initiative. 

Other responsibilities and tasks in this role will include booking and organising appointments for Business Development Managers. You would also need to co-ordinate system demonstration requests, manage and support sales related queries. In general, this role is for someone who would like to take ownership of the administration to support the sales team such as the sales templates and documents and co-ordinate and manage sales training

Key skills needed:

  • Sales experience and working with a sales system such as Salesforce or Dynamics would be advantageous
  • Sales and leadership experience is recommended
  • Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills is very important
  • Communication, influence and report writing skills is needed for this role
  • Someone who is customer focus and working autonomously as well as a team player will be a great addition to the organisation.
