Beyond Recruitment is looking for a driven Team Leader to manage, coach and inspire a small Internal Sales team to be engaging and successful.

We want someone who will encourage and inspire the team to develop long-term successful relationships with customers. This organisation has an extensive product range and you will be assigned to coach and train others to take ownership of accounts, while at the same time develop the team’s skills and knowledge base.

We want someone with the right kind of attitude and focus for the Team Leader role:

• You will be a natural leader with experience in outbound focussed roles.
• You will be someone with the ability to coach and mentor others and create a high performing team from a mixture of experienced and newer staff.

The key qualities and experience we are looking for are:

• A background in Commercial Outbound Internal Sales environments
• FMCG experience would be highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong leadership experience
• Ability to influence and motivate
• Strong achievement drive and personal motivation
• Experience in providing ongoing coaching and mentoring
