Our Client is a specialist in Foundations and Landscaping. They are in need of a dynamic Team Leader with experience in concrete flooring, boxing and general building and landscaping.

They offer guaranteed minimum hours, an amazing culture and a progressive forward thinking team. There will be opportunity to develop and progress within the company.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Monitoring activities on site
* Site Health and Safety management and reporting
* Boxing house floors
* Installing pods and steel work
* Stripping floors
* Materials management
* Maintenance on completed jobs
* Staff Management
* Client liaison

The Ideal candidate will have foundation experience, especially in boxing. You will be able to hit the road running and have a passion for good client service and quality workmanship.

You will have experience in construction, have a Full drivers' licence, be reliable, punctual, physically fit, positive and great work ethic.
