Our manufacturing client is looking for a dynamic Team Leader to be responsible for the day to day running of the Electrical Department and manage a small team of auto electricians.

Responsibilities involved and not limited to;

* Ensure all staff under your control accurately recorded.
* Provide leadership and direction to all staff under your control.
* Hold regular tool box meetings.
* Actively contribute at Production meetings, highlight issues and constraints.
* Safely disarm electrical circuits on line, notify other staff when circuits are ‘live’ again.
* Design and Fabrication of wiring installations to manufacturers/customers/company specifications.
* Perform wiring repairs as needed and fault finding and rectification.
* Complete electrical task sheets, amend task sheets that are out of date.
* Promote a healthy working environment for your department.
* Strong communication skills

All potential applicants must have own basic tools and have reliable transport. Ideally at least 1-2 years minimum experience.
