This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking for their next senior level Team Lead role.

Your role is to lead a small, capable, driven team of talented CX agents to ensure high class customer support and account management.

This is not a transactional relationship but has a B2B retention and service delivery focus so experience in a product base organisation will be key to demonstrating your ability to perform in this area.

This organisation has an extensive product range and you will be assigned to coach and train others to take ownership of accounts, while at the same time develop the team’s skills and knowledge base.

You will be working closely with other team Leaders to provide a hands on leadership style. You will ensure the team has the right resources to deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will also be responsible for personal development of your small team so that they know what to do and how to do it.

The key qualities and experience we are looking for are:

  • A background in Commercial Outbound environments
  • FMCG experience would be highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Ability to influence and motivate, coach and mentor
