###The Role

* Manufacturing Team Leader
* Working with rubber
* Managing a small team
* Meeting production targets
* Running team meetings
* Awareness of H&S protocols

###Skills and Experience

* Manufacturing background essential
* Some experience as a team leader useful but not necessary
* Excellent H&S awareness
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Attention to detail
* Experience working with rubber products advantageous
