We are looking for a switched on and bright administrator with a focus on delivering exceptional support to Business and Financial Advisors. You can manage competing priorities and use your strong initiative to keep your team one step ahead at all times. Despite having multiple tasks and timelines on the go, your attention to detail and organisational skills will not waver.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Coordinator
  • Have a desire to grow & develop your expanding skill set.
  • High attention to detail
  • Great multi-tasking skills
  • Is able to get on with people from all walks of life
  • Is tech savvy and very eager to learn
  • Self-managing and hands on
  • Able to build strong relationships
