  • Temporary assignment until December 2019
  • Part-time, 25 hours per week
  • $23 – $25 per hour (experience dependant)
  • Private family owned insurance company
  • Whitby, Porirua location

We currently have an excellent temporary opportunity for a mid-level Team Administrator for a small insurance company located in Whitby. This is a perfect opportunity for a working parent, part-time student or anyone who has a part-time hour preference.  This role is a fast-paced, process and timeline driven role. We are looking for a candidate who has strong team focus as well as high-level customer service skills.

Day to Day

  • Helping to process insurance claims and queries
  • High-level customer service and internal/external stakeholder engagement
  • Email management and logging of correspondence
  • Answering and directing phone calls\
  • Drafting, editing and collating documents
  • Producing reports
  • Data entry and updating an internal database
  • Using the MS Office Suite at intermediate level and above
  • Diary management

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in these duties as well as a flexible working style and strong initiative. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle interruptions.
