Job description

As a competent administration, you ooze efficiency. You’ve got administration talents across the board and you’re looking to employ them in this, fast paced busy environment.
 
This role has a great combination of duties which includes preparation of training plans and documentation, coordinating logistics, producing reports, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, other organisational responsibilities.  
 
You will have the following skills:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Highly organised and able to work under a lot of pressure
  • Multitasking and prioritizing
  • Can do mentality
  • Willing to do anything the role requires
  • Strong customer focus
