  • Temporary Team Administrator Role
  • $30.00 - 35.00 per hour, dependant on experience
  • Wellington CBD based

We are currently seeking the perfect candidate for a temporary administrative role in Wellington CBD.
If you have a strong administrative background, can complete the tasks below and have a positive can-do attitude, this could be you!

We are seeking the following skills:

  • A background in providing high level administration support
  • Diary management
  • Travel and accomodation bookings
  • Meeting coordiantion
  • Minute taking and agendas
  • Drafting of documents and correspondence
  • Processing invoices
  • Solid MS Office experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • A friendly attitude with a high level of personal presentation
