Beyond Recruitment is looking for someone with previous administration or co-ordination experience to start in this Temporary assignment – an immediate start required.
This is a temporary administration assignment and in a support level role, therefore following the directions, guidelines and expectations of the Project Managers is vital to this role. The busy project team need some extra support to assist with documentation. Your workload will be directed but the ability to work autonomously to deliver on time will be important.
The successful person should ideally have the following skills;
- Intermediate MS Word/Excel
- Be computer savvy - there are 3 systems to learn in this role
- Previous work experience in a office environment
- A down to earth attitude, i.e. you’re sensible.
Your ability to work closely with a small friendly team would also be beneficial
