An exciting role has come up for an experienced recruitment consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist for an internationally recognised FMCG company based in North Sydney. You will be able to use your agency or internal recruitment experience to assist with sourcing best in market.
Key responsibilities:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, resourcing quality candidates (predominately within the sales space) in line with client needs
- Managing a growing talent pool
- Working closely on-site with the HR team and hiring managers
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for contractors.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities as required
What we are looking for:- A passion for excellence and drive to exceed set targets and goals
- Demonstrable experience within a high volume recruitment role, preferably sales recruitment
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Competitive nature
