My client is looking for a Senior Level 3 Systems Engineer who is as fanatical as we are about growing New Zealand businesses and providing the ultimate client experience.

This role will be responsible for infrastructure and system support for their major client that sits in Hamilton.   We are looking for a senior candidate with technical excellence to join the team!

You will need to fit their culture, be positive and have a natural ability to understand, relate to and translate customer requirements and expectations.   You must be self-managed with the right attitude to take ownership and execute success.

In addition to confidence and ability to perform under pressure, what we are looking for in a Level 3 Systems Engineer includes the following;

• Microsoft office 365 experience essential.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, Terminal services.
• VMWare, Citrix, Level 3 experience essential.
• Server-side SQL 2016 experience essential.
• Exposure to multi-tenancy/hosting environments would be ideal.
• Must have exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of ITIL V3 fundamentals with particular exposure to service operations.
• Must have excellent customer services skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Able to communicate with all levels in the company.
• Show initiative, take responsibility and be proactive.
