Beyond IT are currently recruiting for a Systems Engineer position to join this proud and very awarded organisation based in Johnsonville.

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to contribute to the administration and reliable operation of their systems. You will sit within the IT Infrastructure & Operations team and provide support for their hardware, software, and networks, while maintaining constant availability of these systems.

As part of the wider team, your responsibilities will include;

• Administration of Network and Application user accounts
• Administration of Client and Server system policies
• Administration of their Unified Communications Platform
• Systems backup and data protection
• Diagnosis & resolution of hardware, software, and network faults
• Provide 2nd level support
• Meet agreed SLAs

Specifically, we are looking for;

• 3+ years of experience in a Systems Admin/Engineer role wtihin a complex environment
• Experience with Microsoft server products
• Experience with LAN & WAN concepts and protocols
• Knowledge of Unified Communications solutions
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, Azure, Office 365
• Windows Server, Windows 10
• SCCM, Active Directory & Group Policy
• VMWare
• Veeam
