System Implementation Project Coordinator

IT and Telecommunications

Job description

We need an ambitious change agent to drive new CRM system development.

System Implementation Project Coordinator

•   6 month fixed-term contract, Wellington

•   Make magic happen then embrace a new challenge

•   Awesome, supportive company

This innovative, family friendly organisation is all about physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace. With a fast-growing customer base, it’s time to give their CRM a major health check with an entirely new system, that you’ll help to deliver from concept to reality.

As the conduit between busy stakeholders and developers in the IT team in this new role, you’ll draw on your superb communication, relationship building and project management skills to draw out the operational systems and process enhancements the business needs. Here, your systems analyst and development experience, gained in a system upgrade or new implementation, will provide a strong foundation for scoping, developing and implementing this new case management system.

This highly collaborative role requires a special mix of soft and hard skills. Which means, you’ll need to be a tenacious, empathetic, resilient and supportive team player while demonstrating strong systems, software, project management, development capability, ideally with Prince2 experience. A key part of the process will be creating and running detailed reports, so your Excel skills, including pivot tables must also be top notch.

As part of this small, but amazingly supportive team, you can look forward to an attractive salary and the feel-good vibes that come with making a difference to a dedicated team who are improving wellbeing in the community.

If you’re the change agent we need to improve this organisation’s CRM for the benefit of awesome colleagues and clients in need, please contact Annie O’Keefe online today.
