This is a critical role within a large government agency, in the investment operations team. They are seeking a System Administrator who will assist business units transition their business process to a bespoke management system.
You will work closely with business using your expertise to translate technical information into business language, helping to configure the system, investigate issues, advise on improvements and setting up and training new users.
Ideally, you should have the following skills:
- Experience providing system support for a range of bespoke ICT systems from configuration to workflows
- Strong client engagement skills, with an ability to communicate with all levels of an organisation
- Experience delivering training and workshops
- Experience working in agile environment, collaborating with business teams to identify system solutions and business process issues.
