About the role

This role will have you providing business as usual support for the client’s team in Auckland covering: Computing, Phone and ICT Infrastructure. You will ensure that jobs are actioned within agreed timeframes & that customers are happy. Assist Service Engineers as and when required. Provide network build assistance for projects and produce required documentation.

What you need:

  • Good Desktop & Phone support skills
  • Able to comply with Standards set
  • Able to produce documentation to a high Standard
  • Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Ability to work with different Service Engineers
