Job Purpose:

The role is positioned within the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) as part of the Supply Chain Team. Its main purpose is to fulfil operational demands from our airline customers via email and telephone correspondence. You will be working with colleagues, reporting to the IOC Team Leader ensuring the group are delivering operational performance in accordance with contracted targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meeting obligations.


You will ensure all aspects of Materials, Procurement and Inventory Management are efficiently and effectively processed within the pre-determined parameters as outlined by the IOC Team Leader and will be a member of the Operational, Airline Demand Fulfilment Team, providing a dedicated focal point for the airline and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as a focal point, providing continuity for specific airlines & Program Managers within your assigned portfolio.
  • Responsible for all demand requests associated with your airline portfolio
  • Highlight any potential shortfalls, proposing possible solutions with the supplier and airline.
  • Provide a weekly update to the operational team
  • Monitoring customer backlogs either system or operational, ensuring customer delays are kept to a minimum,
  • Regularly checking the Inventory in order to fulfil customer requirements.
  • Ability to identify potential problems and risks related to demand fulfilment at an early stage,
  • Establish and maintain a high quality of service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships, making yourself available to answer customer questions in a timely manner.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by IOC Team Leader.

    Requirements:

    • Must have a Bachelor degree (or similar) or have equivalent suitable experience.
    • 30 - 17:30 working hours.
    • Advanced computer proficiency: Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/Outlook etc
    • A broad knowledge and understanding of the airline industry (preferred) and business environment including technical services, operations and customer services.
