Our client is a leading food company across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific and need your help in their fun, fast-paced Manufacturing Plant based in East Tamaki.

They are currently seeking an experienced SUPERVISOR to lead their team from 4am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

To be successful, you will need:

• Proven experience successfully leading a team of 10 people or more.
• Previous experience in a Food Manufacturing role.
• Be flexible with hours
• A high regard for health and safety

  In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, quality checking, managing rosters as well as ensuring that all of your staff and your work area are safe.
  
  You will also need:

  • To provide at least 2x forms of ID (Passport, Birth Certificate, Drivers' License)
  • To disclose any criminal convictions that you might have
  • To be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Have your own reliable transport
  • To provide at least 2x contactable verbal referees
