We are currently seeking candidates with remarkable administration and office support skills on a full time basis on a temp contract which potentially may go carry on if you have showcased your skills and amazed our clients.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the overall team with duties that will include. but is not limited to reporting, data entry, and providing some phone support to employees and managers.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Vast office admin experience
- Experience with minute taking
- Proven experience with accounts payable and receivable
- Experience with account reconciliation
This broad role will see you at the centre of action and a valued member of our team, providing day to day support as well as project work.
